Established and run by the Center for Court Innovation (CCI) here in NYC, a Community Justice Center is a neighborhood-based, multi-jurisdictional community court aimed at solving problems locally, diverting clients from the traditional justice system. In the Spring of 2021, we worked with CCI to program and design two potential future locations in Queens—Far Rockaway and Queensbridge.
